Passionate About Flexible Workspace

About Us

The office landscape has changed dramatically over the past few years. Underpinned by advancements in technology, office work has become more and more ‘agile’ and coworking has truly flourished. In 2010 there were approximately 600 coworking spaces operating globally.

By the end of 2017 this number had risen to 15,500 and coworking spaces were home to almost 1.3 million people. Coworking is arguably considered the future of the office environment and Find a Serviced Office was born out of the desire to bring this ever expanding market under one easy to access roof.

How it Started

Find a Serviced Office was born out of the need to bring the entire serviced office market under one roof. We wanted to create a one-stop-shop to locate and compare desks and office suites in serviced facilities across Greater London and beyond.

We also wanted to give providers access to create and maintain their own listings. This means that the information we advertise is as up-to-date as if you were contacting the provider directly.

Our Mission

To launch and maintain a comprehensive, intelligent, informative and market leading flexible workspace search portal. We measure ourselves on developing long term customer relationships and offer assistance and add value at every step of your serviced office move.

Whether you need specialist advice on office storage and relocation services, IT or legal support, we have strategic partners to assist. Ultimately, it is our aim to create a fantastic customer experience. This is the true measure of success in any industry and we are particularly proud of our client testimonials.

We Know Serviced Offices

Our industry leading search portal is jam packed full of features that make finding your ideal space a breeze. One of the initial concerns that any company will face when considering a coworking provider is that of ‘fit’. For example, a financial services firm may not settle in a space that caters primarily for media or fashion companies.

There may be social or aesthetic concerns but also operational issues. For example, a financial services company will often need a robust and secure data and power set up with redundancy built in to the building services and incoming data. To address this, we are proud to be the first to incorporate a comprehensive industry-specific search, alongside many other useful search features, such as office style, desk size and others.

Compelling coworking spaces are going fast! As an industry it has grown year-on-year with absolutely no sign of slowing down. A recent study by CBRE shows that 44% of large corporations already use some form of flexible office solution. This is also expected to rise to 65% by 2020!

Space in New York remains the most expensive for the flexible office market, however a new study by Cushman & Wakefield has suggested that London is now considered the global capital for coworking. In Central London alone, 2.4m square feet was leased to serviced office operators in 2017 with many corporates rejecting the traditional lease model for the flexibility and convenience that coworking offers.

Suburbia is seeing continued growth in the flexible office market. Sky-rocketing living costs in urban areas such as Central London are fuelling continued demand in areas such as Reading and the Thames Valley generally. New transportation links such as Crossrail will further fuel this sustained growth.

Working with Agents…

Find a Serviced Office also works for and on behalf of traditional commercial office agents. We work on a referral basis to help agents whose clients need a serviced option prior to a traditional lease. Our informed and constantly updated market knowledge of tenant movements helps to forecast availability and thus promotes a stronger position when negotiating with a coworking provider.
