VIEW - Book a viewing directly through our platform, or call one of our specialists to handle it for you. As soon as we are notified of your viewing, we’ll plug away at the back end to see what deals are available.

NEGOTIATE - We‘ll use our relationships and group buying power to negotiate an outstanding deal. Whether it’s for additional meeting room hours, upgraded internet or a rent free period, on average we can save our clients between 5-15% on provider advertised prices.

SIGN - Being party to literally thousands of transactions, we know the serviced office market inside and out. This is especially the case when it comes to contract terms. We’ll review your paperwork to ensure that all is in order.

Internet service is included as part of any serviced office contract, however this is usually only 5MB as a base offering. For those businesses who anticipate a greater usage and need faster connection speeds, a service upgrade will be required and is charged on a monthly basis. If you need your own secure network, this will also be subject to an additional charge. We will negotiate this on your behalf, leveraging our many relationships to secure you the best deal.
